Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had some hair loss problem for which I had visited the Advanced Hair Studio, after reading their tall claims and advertisements and endorsements by big stars. I was initially examined and was told that my problem is irreversible, however the present state of hair could definitely be maintained and if I was lucky there could be some hair growth as well. They verbally claimed about lot of film stars who have done the same treatment. I was charged about INR 2 lakhs for the same and assured of results. I had informed them that due to my nature of job I would not be able to visit them regularly, to which they assured me that certain devices could be purchased which would perform same functions. I regret to inform that neither has their been any improvement on the contrary my hair loss has gone up manifold. The unit refuses to reply to any mails on the issue whatsoever. They have actually cheated me of my money which I want back now. Kindly Help !! Thanks & Regards, Wriju
