My consumer no.9914 and Distributor is SIDDESHWARA GAS AGENCY, DAVANGERE and their Distributor's code 611882. I have booked gas cylinder and received the same on 3.1.15 by paying full amount of Rs.710.50, but the subsidy amount is not till credited to my Canara Bank SB A/c.1590108024829. Please kindly credit the subsidy amount at the earliest.
