Consumer Redressal

Hi, I have been wrongly charged with the Data usage by Vodafone.I am entitled under the 1299 monthly plan where i am entitled for 3GB free data usage and i have been claimed for the use of 7.5GB.I haven't performed any browsing or downloads on my phone.The only application which is used on phone is FB and whtsapp. i have personally visited the hypercity malad outlet 3 times and have spoken to the RM assigned almost for 2 weeks everyday still no resolution is been given and i am been forced to pay the entire amount for the services which i have not even made use of.Rather i am been rudely treated by the customer services folks even at the vendor.I need urgent help on it. Please help me get out of this issues
