in continuation of my earlier post i must also state that after the rude replies to my queries on 24/1/15, i recieved an sms from the BP portal BA-BPLPGb stating that my booking dated 12/1/15 stood cancelled as per my request. How did this happen? and wby would i want to cancel my booking when i desperately need a cylinder? i think the sms was due to the staff covering up some error on their part.
