Dear Sir, on 23rd Jan 2015 I have purchased Reebok shoes with Rs. 1399 today I have received dirty shoes from paytm site so regarding this issue I called to paytm customer care they said me that they want to see pictures of shipment which I have got so I have send them pictures after that they said me that within 24 hours to 72 hours they will arrange reverse pick up and when they will receive that courier they will check that issue with shipper and will update accordingly.
I would like to request you please help and suggest me how I can get my refund from paytm site.
