I have purchased a watch at shopclues.com. Order no - #22141899 by paying Rs.6000 through a credit card in the month of oct 2014. They have delivered me a broken product. I have returned and request for a refund. Its three and half months but till now they have not given the refund. I have written several mail to them, every time they respond stating it will refunded in weeks time. But its 3 and half months till now i have received my refund. Simply i have been paying the interest amount to credit card and help me in getting a suitable compensation from them. If you help me in getting my refund i would surely recommend your site to all my circle.
