My mother's LPG connection consumer number is 28340 in the name of G Radha. It was done 30 years ago. Her full name is G Radhalakshmi and also her bank account is in the name of G Radhalakshmi. Now she is having aadhar card also in the same name. When we approached dealer Prasanna Gas Agencies Korattur for linking LPG subsidy with bank account, he is refusing to link stating that name difference is there, though it is extension of my mother's name and he is demanding around Rs.2500 for change of name, as actually there is no name change but only modification of full name. What is the way out in this genuine case and we are ready to submit one affidavit . Hence kindly do the needful at your earliest.
