sir iwas paying the fees for toefl exam through my sbi debit card online but the transcation that was done was failed and then also the amount was deducted from my account and returned after 1.5 after the transaction date and i was not paid the interest also so is there any rules for banks that if amount is deducted without transaction done they have to pay me some interst on my amount that was deducted for failed transaction........waiting for ur reply....please help me in getting my interst from bank...so should i lodge a complaint against bank...
