Complaint against Meru cabs booking confirmation no. 33522224 for a journey from Belghoria to Kolkata Chitpur rly stn. at 19:15 hrs on 31Dec14. No cab provided nor they addressed the issue in-spite of repeated calls. This caused a loss of Rs.17000/- approx which includes journey tickets and hotel bookings for our holiday trip.
