I bought a Micromax Canvas-II Colours Android Cell Phone in July 2014.After I bought I came to know that it was problematic device, reported the same to the Company through e-mail communication, to the mail ID: service.superfone@micromaxinfo.com They replied that I need to take the phone to service centre. on 20th January I took it to the service center at B T Road, Kolkata but they just rebooted the phone. After that I mailed the same to above mentioned address, but without result. I have purchased the phone spending the money, and I am suffering with that problematic device. Its within the warranty period. Please do the needful so that I can get the replacement of the Problematic device as early as possible.
