Consumer Redressal

I hold 5491245600269753 Standard Chartered Bank credit card and last month itself I want to cancel the card but the customer care representative insisted that the Annual Fee plus service charge is completely waived off and insisted to use the card. The complete conversation is recorded with ref # 20141203752240 This month after generating the statement the customer care pupil are not accepting the thing and insisting to pay the Annual and service charges. I am requesting to take proper action against the customer care officer who has spoken to me and demand to waive off my Annual Fee and service charges. Regards, Srinath Kondreddy
