My consumer no. 80664(ID 37500000007775285). Refill order booked on 01.01.2015 and accordingly refilled cylinder recd on 17.01.2015 with full cost but till the date of filing this complaint I have not yet recd any advance/subsidy amount.Please looked into the matter.
