On 29th dec 2011 i prebooked the ubislate7+ of datawind company. The booking ID was PMCDF0136486. The details of prepayment made by are: Prepayment done by from SBI salary account cheque of Rs 2999/-, cheque no 389057, dated 11 02 2012, in favour of Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. They acknowledged the receipt of the payment via their email dated 13 March 2012. After that they kept on delaying the delivery of ubislate7+. I kept on mailing them repeatedly but they didn’t replied. On 16 Nov 2012 they offered me the upgradation of the ubislate 7+ to ubislate 7Ci via their email (dated 16 Nov 2012) at a price difference of Rs500 payable at the time of delivery. They also promised that on acceptance of this offer within 72 hours the upgraded product will be delivered with 10 days of my conformation. I accepted the offer on the same day (dated 16 nov 2012) via my email and by visiting http://aapkiapp.com/cod/confirmation_form.html. Its 8-4-2013 now still I have not received my product.
