I am yet to get the refund of my money even after 04 years and 08 months of filing the TDR. I had applied for one TDR on 03.06.2010 for my ticket journey date 30.05.2010 by 8005 HOwrah Koraput Express from Howrah to Sambalpur by 2AC. I could not travel as train got cancelled because of Gyaneswari Express accident.My PNR was 6439802791. transaction IN was 0213599056. The case was very simple and dont required any investigation. I could not travel becasue train got cancelled because of Gyaneshwari Express accident. fail to understand what so called efficient people are investigating..... Hope Someone will hear and and do some action.. I had written several reminder mails but no action done.
