I bought Van's shoes for my daughter from amazon.in and go the delivery on 31st Dec 2014 as confirmed by the company. On receipt of the same I found that I have been overcharged Rs. 100 and the printed price on the shoes and box was lesser by Rs. 100. On complaining I got a revert saying that I would get a gift certificate within 48hrs. I have complained 3 times on their mail id and every time I get the same reply, but not the gift certificate. Kindly suggest what should be done
