Consumer Redressal

I did online shopping from www.clarks.in on 12/12/14 bought a pair of shoes for Rs.1999/- Order Number: 2406375 I received the shoes on 21/12/14. As per the website that if you dint like the product, so you can write a mail to us or even can call at our toll free number given on our website, within 72 hrs of receiving the product. So, I tried calling them on their toll free no and even dropped a mail on 22/12/14 to return a product. But dint received any reply from them. Again i wrote to them on 30/12/2014. Still there wasnt any reply. And till date i have not received any reply from clarks.in clarks india. So, please help me to get my money back from them. Regards, Arpit sethi +919713014516
