I've purchased a jeans and a casual trouser from homeshop18. But there was some problems with the fitting of the jeans and color of the casual trousers. After talking to the customer care,I returned back both the pants for replacement but in return they have sent me only the casual trouser. I again called the customer care but every time I talked to them,they simply say I've forwarded your complaint,our concerned department will call you shortly. I even wrote mails,but no response. So I request you to kindly look after the matter so that I get my money back as early as possible.
