I booked a bus ticket on 22.06.2010 through KSRTC Awatar service from Madurai To Bangalore for the journey date 27.06.10. Reference number was " OB2294951". Unfortunately The amount get debited from my account but ticket was not conformed. I asked for the refund as per the rules of KSRTC, till now I have not received the money of Rs. 567.00. I contacted the concerned persons 4-5 times. They are not refunding the amount. Sometimes they wont respond to the phone call. I have also sent the email as per the instructions in the KSRTC website many times. But not even a single reply has come till now. I spent nearly Rs-20 for phone only. I don't know why the system is like this. For booking they cut the money from our account immediately but while refunding it is not the same.

Subject:K.S.R.T.C bus problem at date 6.6.2010

Dear sir,

As mentioned above i booked the ticket from belagum to bangalore in AC SLEEPER (CORONA)with PNR Number :T18168748 i reached belagum bus stand at 7.50 waited for bus at 8.10 one new bus came of megaduth conducter of that bus inform us that AC SLEEPER (CORONA) was canclled all passenger of that come to this. we got that bus but i booked e-ticket for that bus no cancelation there for e-ticket. they told us to take new ticket only already taken ticket of 1490.0 for AC sleeper corona so they created lot of problems they have not informed anything prior at last moment they informed so please take some strict actions so that same situation is not repeated....

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had tried booking tickets online for a KSTDC packagae tour from this website: http://karnatakaholidaysonline.e-reserve.in/BusTripBookingPassengerCT.aspx?
Unfortunately, the transaction timed out at the last minute after I sent my credit card details and the tickets weren't booked. But the package amount (Rs. 6640) was debited from my account. A message was shown telling that the amount will be refunded in 3 days.

That did not happen. After series of calling and mailing the KSTDC officials, they told me that my amount was refunded. But till now the amount has not been credited to my account. It's around a month since this has happened. Even now they say that they have refunded the amount, but the same fails to reflect in my bank account.

Please do give your legal advice as to what should be my next step.

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have tried to book two bus tickets in HKB Travels through redbus.in on 04-05-2010 from Bangalore to Hyderabad. But I failed to book tickets. Then I gone to near by APSRTC counter and booked. On 05-05-2010 I noticed that Rs.1530/- was deduced from my account but I didn't receive any tickets / SMS / Mail / Phone call. 05-05-2010 I have sent mail to support@redbus.in. On 06-05-2010 they send reply that required information of email ID & mobile No and bank statement. 06-05-2010 @ 4.0'clock redbus people gave reply that your tickets are booked and sent through email. But we received the same on 06-05-2010 @ 4.30PM. We didn't any receive any call from HKB travels also. Nearly 20 times I called to customer care and 15 mails I have given to them but there is no response from them. I am having all the proofs.

They are cheating the people.


Can u please let me know how to proceed further.........
