Sir/ Madam,

I (Saurabh Goyall) availing the DTH services of Bharti Airtel Ltd. since Jan'2010. A very disappointing issue has been created by this company that harassed me. The issue is as follows:-

As I mentioned I took Airtel DTH connection (Customer Id :- 3002865277) in Jan-2010 and in March-2010 got recharged of Rs. 3400 that used by me for Annual Subscription of Mega North Pack that valid till Mar-2011

Due to some reason I need to move Hyderabad to Bangalore. I raised request for deinstallation in Hyderabad but nobody turned up for the same. In Bangalore I raised request for re-installation on 17-Jul-2010 but no luck. After following up regressively with Airtel customer care, Technician came from Airtel after 10days for installation and say big no straight away. So no re-installation happen.

After 3-4 days new problem started and they changed my package and my balance went into the negative. After struggling for a month with Customer Care and Nodal Center guys I am able to get my North Mega Pkg validity till Jan-2010 but it should be till Mar-2010. Since 15days I am struggling on this issue with Airtel executives and nobody is listening my issue and reay to solve my issues.

Almost 15 complaints raised by me still waiting for solution. On the top of this issue got harrassment from Airtel executive, they hang up our phone in between of conversation and put our call on hold for 10-15mins. This is very common during our conversation with Airtel. In order to get solution from Airtel for my problem I tried to talk to Mr Anand and Mr Deepak of Bangalore Nodal Center, those guys are highly irresponsible officer I saw in my life t

Iam facing problem on videocon services since last 5 days and even customer care for the services are not responding, i am kept in hold for half and hour and ten the line is disconnected, i am paying a good amount of money for the services and i am getting shit from you,

 

Let me know the status or take back your DTh and compensate me or else i will take the legal steps, you dont even intimate or responde to our calls for the complain, now even the officers no and email ids are deleted from the website. you all take us for a ride wount happen with me. responde to me by today or face the consequenses.

But Sir, till the date my dish tv has not activated, from 3 days i am contacting coustomer care and they are saying that sir there is problem in recharge section WAIT FOR TWO HOURS, sir i have contact them many times and i am waiting from three days. pl sir do something, my last refrance no from dish tv coustomer care is-54498310 (on 21/2/11).

I purchased Airtel DTH Value pack of Rs.1590 from www.airtel.in/digitaltv through online. I made the payment online of Rs.1590 on 05.07.2011. The executive has informed that the Dish will be installed on 06.07.2011 AN. But it is 07.09.2011 but the same has not been installed. I called the customer support Nos. provided on the website. It is very surprising that before sending the payment, they were saying that it will be installed the very next day and now they are making excuses like the installation executive have a problem, he will come tomorrow and the phone nos. provided by them seems busy all the time or they did not pick it up. I am trying from yesterday. I request you to kindly look into the matter so that my problem is resolved.

It was a big mistake in removing the local channel service and installing airtel digital in the very first place.The service provided by them is pathetic.The set top box provided by the company is not working properly due duplicate /other's company's parts supply by company and i am unable to view any HD channels because of non supply of HDMI cable from company, when we put a demand for HDMI calbe to authorised dealer of company then they clearly denied to provide the same


the same thing is happening trice with in six month.It seems you are very poor service provider.

I had subscried the Airtel dth service one year ago.I would like to inform that on 16.04.11 two engineers called me up and informed me that the present satellite trasponder will be de activated and they have to connect to the other stellite transponder, my DTH was working perfectly when the two came to change the transponder engineers came voluntarily no one called them for any technical problem, this engineers came and did some thing to dish and tried to change the trasponder, when they were not able to change they told me that ,they complained to AIR TEL CUSTOMER SERVICE and that people will resolve the same,and left.When around 11.46 am on 16/04/11 i contacted customer service they had registered the complaint and give me the complaint no as 7012104 stating taht on before 18.00hrs on 16/04/11 they will resolve the same, which was not done ,once again contacted at around 20.00hrs it was told me that do like this , do like this to the STb boxe which was done at last it was told to us they will send the engineer positively on 17/04/11 beforw 11.am, and told that if no one is coming asked me to contact One Mr.Mohin whos number is 9740990503, sunday up to 12,and Tried to contact Mr.Mohin he dint picked up the phone, when contacted Cutomer service no use except got the answe that they will send engineer at 15.00hrs on 17/04/11, when even 15.00hrs crossed no body bother to look in to the complaint neiother any body called me, only on 18th morning at around 11.45 a,m my issue was solved, when i had not compalined to them why they came to change my transponder, and why this people left without repairing the same and waisted my whole saturday and sunday only for waiting this people and also this people will deduct my sa

I am using Sun Direct To Home (SunDTH) connection for the last three years. The direction of Dish has been changed in the month of October, 2010. They said it is free of cost and their engineer would attend the work for all the customers. But they did not send anyone to my house even after reminded them by phone. So I requested the dealer of SunDTH to send their engineer for the change of direction of Dish. They attended the work and asked me to pay Rs.200 since they are not getting payment from Sund DTH. I paid the amount and requested Sun DTH for the future adjustment of Rs.200 as subscription. But they refused to do so. My question is whether this fault will be attracted for consumer complaint or not. If you want to know the details of membership No. etc. I am ready to forward to you. But there is no cash receipt for Rs.200 paid by me. I am awaiting for your reply. Thank you Sir.

I have taken DTH connection of Sun DTH Account No. 41279099323, on 25th May 2010 ( Hindi Basic with Mega Pack) by paying Rs.1850/+, for 3 months i can view all the channels listed in this pack. but on 09-09-2010  i recharged the connection by paying Rs.300 for Hindi Basic with Mega + Ad-on Music Pack as indicated in the list on the respective website. ( I took help of their Customer Care Executive) Pack was activated, money also deducted from my account, but I am unable to view all the channels as earlier, and worst part is i can't view any of the ad-on music channels for which they charged me extra money, so i complaint to the Customer Care (Complaint No.797299756) but i got reply that, i can't see the ad-on music channels because they removed the ad-on music channels from there pack and i won't get my money back.

Requesting you to please look into the matter and help me.

Dear Sir,
Today I have brought a BIG TV recharge coupon, worth Rs.200/- only, when i scratched the coupon I observed a 9 digit Recharge PIN instead of a normal 12 digit PIN. When I went back to the shopkeeper to look into the matter, he refused the very fact that the coupon was sold from his concerned shop.
i enquired at customare care centre of Reliance BIG TV by giving them Serial Number written at the recharge coupon, they informed me that coupon was already used up on 27thsept.2010 by Mr.Imraan Khan residing at Falawada, meerut.
Whereas as today is 02nd oct.2010, when i have brought this card from the following shop:

"Telesonic Radio, opp. ganga plaza complex, begum bridge road, meerut"

This only means that concerned shop is selling such FORGE coupons, applying all unethical means.
Please, do the needful to bring JUSTICE to the case. So that such fraud activity can be stopped from happening in the future again

i had a dish Tv connection, from Sundirect, with smart card no 41005706050, as i had not able to see the channels i had called more than 10 times and raised complaints but all in vein, no body has turned up to adjust the dish antenna as commited by the service provider when ever i call them. the nodal officer no 044 43411434 is not at all picked up and answered pls direct me what could be done for solving the issue, i had spend more than 200 Rupees, for calling and escalation of complaints, which is the cost equal to two months subscription

i am a dishtv subscriber. as i was not getting picture on tv i lodged complaint with dish customer care on 25.8.10; technician visited on 26.8.10 and found set top box defective. as the technician failed to turn up till 28/8 for replacement of stb and taking the defective one for repair, i called up again dish cc on 28/8. on 29/8 another technician came from m/s shivoy electronics, ghaziabad (authorised agent of dishtv) and changed the stb saying within 4 hrs all the channels would be available. he took rs.425 and carried my stb for repair within next 3-4 days. but there was no signal. when contacted dish cc on 04/9 i was told 'pairing' was needed and advised to contact shivoy electronics. despite my repeated calls to shivoy electronics and their promise for action when i could not get to see tv, i sent an email to nodal officer of uttar pradesh at the address given on www.dishtv.in on 08/9; but it came back undelivered; even the phone no. given on website is also non-existent. since my renewl date (10/9) was approaching and i was getting sms for renewal, i called up cc again on 09/9 to be informed that 'pairing' was done by them on 07/9 and i should have got picture. i told them about the status of no signal with the hint that i would not renew until my thing is set right and they agreed that i would get extension of renewal period for the days of no service. even on 11/9, when contacted, dish care official informed that my connection had been disconnected due to non-renewal, but given my case it would be re-activated within 2 hrs. however, despite several calls since then it was not activated ant i was finally told on 12/9 that re-activation could be done on payment of renewal fee only and waiver of any type would be consid

I use tag on my car with registration number DL 3 CAS 1180 on a daily basis on Delhi Gurgaon Expressway. On 4th August 2010 in the morning, even after reading the tag of , the automatic barrier of the toll strongly hit my car glass/wind screen and shattered it. This was a total improper functioning of the barrier. I have already registered a written complaint using form DGSCL/FORMAT 016(complaint no. 610, Media no.07030026038 ) on 4th August 2010 at 10.56am regarding the same and posted it online also. But no action has been taken so far.

I subscribed the DTH service from Videocon about 1 month ago. My customer ID is 12255742.
Today(27/06/2010) it was not working since morning due to some technical error. I called to Videocon Customer Care at 10:15 am but they denied registering my complaint until I will suffer the same situation up to 2 hrs. I called them again 2 times consequently at 10:23 am and 10: 27 am to transfer my call to any supervisor or to provide me my Communication ID/Complaint number, they again denied following the same.
However, I able to find my complaint number which is 14554095. In the mean time I talked with the following representatives respectively.
1. Ms Bharti
2. Mr. Mukesh
3. Ms. Gita
I want to make a complaint against M/s Videocon India due to their poor services given to me by the product and customer care. If they will deny to registering a complaint or not providing the communication number, where will customer go or what will he do in this situation. I never faced such a worst situation before.
Finally, I want to ask M/s Videocon, why shouldn’t I make a claim of Rs. 20,000 for not registering my complaint. Why shouldn’t I file the charges against them in the consumer forum.
Please respond me as your earliest.

      Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable Services) Interconnection Regulation, 2004
 
I have been sending emails lodging my complaints about the very poor services provided by you since last so many years.  However, you have stop responding to my mails except the auto response by the system.
 
I have recently made payment of the renewal charges which you have very well adjusted against the payments but except the free channels, you have been permitting me hardly any pay chnnels, though you have adjusted over Rs.2225/- for an year from the payment made by me of Rs.3800/-.  As informed to you I am using very few channels which are relectant to provide.
 
According to the above circular, a customer can opt for either a-la-carte or full services that you have access to.  In spite of making hue and cry you have never bothered to even give a response to my mails.
 
For your information, I only like to view the Channels as per Sheet attached with this mail.  As per the TRAI fixed rates I am supposed to pay only Rs.179 per month for pay channels I have chosen.
 
I would therefore request you to immediately release all the channels as per the list attached for my uninterrupted viewing.
 
I hope you will look into the matter and consider my case and show some kind of justice to a customer who is availing your services since the year 2007.
 
An early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                                         I (Manu Agarwal) availing the DTH services of Bharti Airtel Ltd. since Nov.08. A very disappointing issue has been created by this company that harassed me. The issue is as follows:-
I recharged my DTH on 06 Dec 2009 by Rs.1000 and after 2 days received a call from Bharti Airtel informing that my amount is valid up to Oct. 2010.
Again in Jan 2010 I received a call from Bharti Airtel informing that my amount is valid only upto 15th July 2010.
In this regard I communicate many times at company’s customer care with Navila, Soumya and Abhinay in Lucknow and after that Ashish and Vikram in Delhi but they are saying that the rates have hiked from 15th Dec 2009.
Finally my DTH services have been discontinued on 27th Jun 2010 instead of Oct 2010.
                                           Ethically, when I have recharged before 15th Dec 2009 the old rates should be applicable. The new rates should be applicable only on the recharge made on 15 Dec 2009 and onwards but Bharti Airtel has unethically applied new rates on my old balance. 
 
                                           I am totally tired to discuss this issue with different persons at customer care but nobody is ready to resolve the issue. Now I am totally helpless. Request you to please look in to the matter and help me in to be get compensate.

I had purchased Set top box last year in Bangalore, and i was told that i could use the same set top box in any area around Bangalore, and that i would not be charged any installation fees, except for the monthly cable charges, During my stay in Domlur area for the 8-9 years, I had been paying 200 and later 220rs. per month towards cable connection, and i had bought the set top box for Rs.500/- (which was refundable). Recently i have shifted to Indiranagar, Where they have same Hathway services, sub contracted to Rani cable services. I called up Hathway Indiranagar & requested if the connection can be put on the same set top box, they informed yes i could go ahead and use it and to call the "Rani cables" person" I personally met the person and informed him that i have a set top box and i need cable connection, His comment was "that we charge 500rs installation charges (non refundable) and 280/- per month cable charges. I told him that hathway had already provided me with a set top box and i don't need new box and only cable needs to be connected. As per Hathway,the cable connection was already available in the area i just need to get it connected. In anycase I called Rani cables I requested him that i can pay 250/ monthly charges, but i cannot pay 500rs for the installation, as there is no installation required except that cable wire needs to be connected. He sent his person and got the cable installed and when he was leaving he asked for 500rs, which i said that i already have spoken to his manager and that i wont be paying it, he went back to his manager and came and disconnected the cable saying that unless I pay the advance, He wont give the c

We subscribed your service from 1 Jan 2010.We got subscription from  Paramount Consultant Services, 7 & 8 , Magan Mahal , Sir M V Road, Nr. Andheri Court , Andheri East, Mumbai - 400069.
 But we got subscription from Manoj Suryavanshi ,Dombivli ( E), Phadke Road.Mobile No 9892354465.


 Since last month digicomp is not receiving signal properly.  We already informed to Mr . suryavanshi. He is not coming to see besides he provide the subscription.He might already shut down his services for the same.


 We also contacted with Mr Sanjay,( ISD Kalyan - Dombivli ) Mobile No 9323682598. But he is not taking the responsibility of above stated matter.
 We also trying your customer care No - 020 6600 6633. But nobody receiving calls or helping lines are engaged. They don't have that much courtesy to revert back to customer.
 We are not available on weekdays . Available only sunday.


 If we are not getting  service within 12 hrs . we will register complain in Consumer  Forum . We already marking Cc of same mail to Consumer forum.

I recharged my Reliance BigTv.account 200755582432 on 29-05-2010 with 435 rupees for three months Non South Bronze Pack after talking with Mr. Ranjith (Customer Care executive). After recharging I am calling again and again and talked with your executive (Mr. Sulaiman, Manjunath, Muddasir, Suresh, Sherif and two guys name I am missing) for conversion of package from Gold to Bronze and everybody giving me same information that my account is suspended and give call after one hour and once it will activate then only they can change the pack. Here I am unable to understand that if account is in suspension mode then how I am able to view channels from the date I activated and one interesting thing is that money is also deducting from my account. As I recharged for 435 and today morning I checked now it’s only 420 rupees remaining and Mr. Sherif is asked me to recharge again 30 Rupees then only I will get the three months bronze pack. it’s not my fault and the fault from your side so I just want to inform you that I am not going to recharge again and I need three months Bronze pack service.
 
Kindly take matter on urgent and escalate the issue to concern person or department.

I have a Dish TV coonection. For renewal of services this year i called up Dish TV & asked them to pick up the payment from my home. They sent a person from an authorised dealer called Kaizen Communications from Andheri East to collect the payment from us. After cehcking his ID we made a cash payment of Rs. 7180/- (he refused to take a cheque. He gave me invoices confirming the payment. My connection got dsiconnected on the 16th inspite of making the payment.

Till date there has been no redressal of this issue I have called up the Dish TV Customer Care umpteen number of times but according to them they have not received the payment. Hos is this our problem. I have a record of the apyment made which has been forwarded to Dish TV also.

I would want to initiate a legal action against Disht TV for causing mental agony & harrassing me for almost 20 days.

Please help me find a solution to this.

I have purchased Big TV from M/s Meenakshi Electricals and Electronics, Bangalore and have asked them to refill the Diamond Pack and paid for the same. Later got to know from the Big TV customer service that the refill has been done for Gold Pack which is cheaper than the Diamond Pack. Have contacted M/s Meenakshi Electricals and Electronics for wrong refill and they said they will change the plan to the correct one. Now this is almost 1 and half month and the plan has not yet changed. Lastly told them to change the plan to Diamond for which i will pay but they say this is not possible.
Now trying to chase them the concern person does not answers or revert on the phone.
Following up daily is very fustrating and there is no action taken on the same

Can you pls advise what needs to be done to get this corrected or solved.
