Good Day, While booking the hotel at Germany the hotel people have taken INR 62,000/- from my credit card without my authorization. Now when I am asking for my refund they are rejecting and not giving my money back and saying that its a non-refundable booking. First thing i have not not authorized the payment. I have approached and raised a dispute form with SBI Credit Card team and they are also not solving my issue. It was happened in the month of June2017 still no response and they recently closed my issue. This not a small amount that can be just ignored. I was begging them for my money and no one is doing anything. INR 62,000/- is not a small amount that can be ignored. They simply closed my issue and asking me too many times the same question of refund confirmation from the merchant. If the merchant agrees for the refund why would I raise the complaint as fraudulent transaction. Kindly help me on this. I am keeping the email of yours in loop for any reference. Thanks Sushmita

I was holding SBI Credit card. Some years back, SBI charged yearly fee on my card 500/- without any intimation to me (this did not happen as before) and after calling every time at the end of bill date, SBI waived that amount. But after few months later, SBI again charged 500/- as a card fee and waived card redemption points instead of cash to the card. Then, after the next months onwards they charged 500/- without any redemption also. I called SBI customer care about this charge, they told me that is mandatory charge for my card. Why should I pay for such amount which was not intimated to be as part of bill. I paid all my transaction amount that time. Now every month SBI sending outstanding bills even if none of my transaction bills are pending. 500/- becomes more than 4K now. Please look into my historic transactions and close the issue.

I am a employee of Wipro company. I was promised free moneyback HDFC credit card. But a membership fee of 575 Rs is automatically charged wrongly on it. The credit card was sent to my hometown while I was in Pune. So logically I have not got the card in my hands yet and due to which I was not able to use it and activate it as well. The bank official confirmed about it that fees is wrongly charged but still they are not refunding it. I have the audio recording and can produce if required. My complain number is : HBL=042-670-477

I was promised free moneyback HDFC credit card. But a membership fee of 575 Rs is automatically charged wrongly on it on 3rd july 2017. complain number :HBL=042-441-642 Please consider my points on it: 1. The credit card was sent to my hometown while I was in Pune. So logically I have not got the card in my hands yet and due to which I was not able to use it and activate it as well. 2.. The calls were very frequent for accepting some digital form the person did called called me more than thrice to accept it. At that time I asked for any terms and condition but nothing was told then and was also said that with credit card package you will get terms and condition and if you don't agree then don't use it. The package was sent to home while I was in Pune so never got chance to see those. 3. I was also told that card was free for wipro employees, the membership charge is for non employee. But last month amount of 575 Rs has been cut as membership fee. Refund my 575rs of money

My account got debited twice for one time purchase in lifestyle India, either my bank HDFC and lifestyle no one is responding in proper way.. They are saying it takes 45 days or more for solving the issue.. Can i redressal for my issue, requesting you to please look seriously in my issue..

I have a citi-bank credit card which has been blocked without any intimation and the service provider has asked for the full payment. They did not gave any reason and have failed to acknowledge my complain on email. They have refused to give any written statement regarding this issue. They have further intimated me that they do not intimate regarding card blockage on any email and SMS. I request you to kindly register my complain regarding the un-intimated card blockage and not giving any written explanation.

Hi I had on Axis Bank Credit card , which was last used on July 2016 , Axis Bank charged Annual maintenance charges on November 2016 , after receiving the statement I have called and mailed them to waive the charges else to discontinue the service , in spite of several follow up from November 2016 ,they have not discontinue the service and unnecessary increasing the interest on the same and continuously giving pressure to clear the imposed amount

I have activated auto debit setup for my ICICI BANK Credit Card no. 4375 **** **** 1008. My due date was 11-May-2017. I received a mail regarding this auto debit that credit card bill will be auto debited on 11-May. But when i checked 10 am it was not paid. So, i payed the bill manually. Now, bank is charging me Auto Debit Fee due to insufficient balance 450 rs plus service tax 67.50 rs. This is bank software mistake that it did not check if customer has already paid or not. Once after bill payment how can bank charge for not having sufficient balance for auto debit. I talked with bank customer care but they are saying that yes this is our software mistake but this time you have to pay, we will consider this as your feedback. Please consider my this complain as this is a type of fraud done by bank.

Nov 2016 bill came-deadline of submission-8 Dec,paid on 4 Dec in branch after asking what to be filled,call received from bank around 15 Dec that there is an alteration in cheque so need to give another, I did and it got cleared on 21 Dec. Now when I got the next month statement it was with lots of penalties like late submission fee, cess tax n more.i went to branch and they told me that the wrong cheque will be posted at ur address which never came till now, again after 20 days I went to credit card dept in branch who gave me a toffee by saying Mam we will get a scanned copy which till date never happened and inspite of lodging complaints in customer care and collection dept people n branch staff... no fruitful conclusion came out... inspite of that I have been warned that they will cibil my case. 1. Why I didn't get a call on 6-7-8 Dec about mistake in cheque? If I did I would like to see..., I would hv transferred money instantly online rather than facing penalties.i am harrased

I hold Icici bank credit no : 5241933261787006 and would like to bring to your notice that On Friday 25th May, 2017, a caretaker, on my residential address, has received a gift parcel without any sender / website name. DOCKET NO DTDC AWB : Z22288283. Dtdc has informed me that the sender name is BSC PAINTS, Rohini, Delhi. When I called BSC Paints, they are totally unrelated and unaware of this parcel. It shows my details as the recipient and contains a pair of shoes, a ray ban sunglass, a wallet and a belt. It is not purchased by me, does not belong to me, and is still lying safe and unused for recollection from my address. I have no Paytm account and NO TRANSACTION has been made by me using this card till date (SINCE RECEIVING THE CARD IN NOVEMBER 2016) since this card is just for emergencies.Even my email id was registered and 4digit Pin for this card was created by my day before on 28/05/17. Bank says OTP was from my mobile so they cant help.GD3113 is filed with Karaya police

Hi Dhananjayan, This is regarding the closure of Citi bank Credit no. ending with 5002 since I received the No Objection Certificate from Shefali Misra in year 2011 with assurance that my name will be removed from CIBIL records but still this has been not done by Citibank. Due to which I am facing problem in getting any further bank loan. It being 5 years and unti now my name is removed. I will not believe this time on your Noc Letter. Please remove my name from CIBIL and confirm back with CIBIL removal document. Attached are the Credit card closure and NOC Letter from citibank. I have made a payment for ICICI credit card vide no. 4375 xxxx xxxx 3008, on 8th april 2017, for which the due date was 10.04.2017(bill statement date 24.03.2017). But the bill received on 23/04/2017(statement date) reflects a due amount of Rs. 7422.52/-(seems to be inclusive of late charges) instead of a bill value of Rs. 6673/- ideally. Kindly, suggest/do the needful, so that i can make the payment for the aforesaid (the legitimate amount) by 10th May through online/net banking, and does not reflect any late charges,for my next bill amount.

ICICI Credit card-5241933222317000 They deducted 2000from my card and when i complained they never considered. after a month they generated statement and i have been complaining again and again and it was never considered then now my outstanding shows Rs 6626.00. Credit card department informed me CIBIL is getting effected so please pay and later claim for refund. I paid today and when asked for refund they denied. they told it is not in policy. this is big amount. i request you to help me. I am ready to file against ICICI bank.

I had a loyalty card of magnet with some points later I came to know own it was a uti bank cc anyways the shop got closed and I also finished my relation with them The credit limit was of 5000 all of sudden I came to know they have added 35% amount added and due was showing 8700 I haven't recd any call or mail from bank but I need to keep my records clear and hence I paid entire amount to bank I saw that bank have updated the amount as recd but status was still written off and not paid or settled and closing date was also not mentioned I approached bank with same query and now they have sent mail and demanding 60k from me with no reason I have never asked about any settlement they them self created a request and now harassing me Can some one please help me as this is a fraud I am ready to approach consumer court if anyone can suggest plz help me

I have not received statement for blast 3 months. when i enquired they say it has been sent on my email but till date i have not received any statement on my mail. Previously i use to get my statement by courier but they stopped it without informing me.They have charged me late payment charges though i have not received any statement. pls look in to it.

I got a call for SBI credit card (call recd frm SBI credit card dept or any vendor SBI tied up with). She explained me a number of features that i would receive on my credit card. Most promising one was if i swipe my card anywhere(apart from SBI partner outlets) i will receive 10 points the value of which is RS. 2.5. But when i received my card and read terms and conditions on same none of it was true. As a proof i have all call recordings with me. Request you to take strict action against SBI or the vendor who made this sale to me

OUTSTANDING DUES OF SBI CREDIT CARD NO.0004317575011535201 WAS SETTLED ON 28.04.2005 VIDE THEIR SETTLEMENT LETTER, BUT TILL DATE HUGE AMOUNT SHOWN PENDING WHICH IS AFFECTING MY CIBIL RATING. HARRASSMENT OVER PHONE BY SBI CARD DIVISION PREVIOUSLY AND NOW BY KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK WHICH IS CREATING DIFFICULTY AGONY AND MENTAL PAIN WHILE WORKING AT THE OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN DEFAMED BECAUSE OF THESE INCESSANT CALLS TO THE OFFICES OF NEW INDIA FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. This is to bring under your acknowledgement that i had an account with bank in Gurgaon sadar branch a/c no 159899728885 which was levied negative charges from couple of months due to its non maintenance of funds. As to waive off the charges i was being communicated from bank official Named Mr nirmal about waiver off that if i will put a fixed deposit in my account then all charges will be waived off. I accepted and deposited Rs 200000 after getting assurance from Mr Ambarish ( Manager) accompanying Mr nirmal. Post couple of days i was being offered a credit card from a collegue of nirmal named Mr Neeraj on grounds on basis of Fixed Deposit , which i have accepted. Now the issue is I was being charged with joining fees of 25000 without being informing to me and after putting my disapproval Customer care official And bank official says that charges wont be levied off as i have signed the docs during credit card joining. My request is please dnt let me charged with the join

HDFC bank is asking me pay unnecessary EMI. I had 9 tenure but bank asked me 10th. Unknowingly I paid 10th but now again bank added 11th EMI in my statement. No proper response from bank even after chasing them many times.

I am being harassed by AMEX for sometime now. I have already spoken to them at least 4 times in the last 3 months to keep them posted about my current payment situation but the DSAs have been harassing me. I live alone and it is scary and really stressful to have people come to my house and my office at all odd times in spite of continued conversations with the main AMEX call centre.I WAS CALLING CUSTOMER CARE as well about 4 weeks ago but no support so far. I GOT SETTLED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER # 4477460764986008 VIDE SETTLEMENT LETTER REF NO. Del/xd/cy25 dated 23/03/2007 for Rs. 12,000/-. As offered by the concerned person of the bank I have made the said payment of Rs. 12,000/- by two cheques vide cheque no. 311515 for Rs. 1,000/- and Cheque No. 976782 for Rs. 11,000/- I already had paid fully payment of Rs. 12,000/- against settlement letter. But the bank cheated with me and not settled and close my account in thier record and sending me message for overdue payment. Because of said I am facing lot of problmes and my credit rating is showing below average due to this. You are requested to kinldy look into the matter and do the needful to take a prompt action against the bank to imporove my score in your record.

I have applied for a IndusInd bank Credit Card. Till now i have not received the card though i have received the Pin details. I am being harassed by AMEX for sometime now. I have already spoken to them at least 4 times in the last 3 months to keep them posted about my current payment situation but the DSAs have been harassing me. I live alone and it is scary and really stressful to have people come to my house and my office at all odd times in spite of continued conversations with the main AMEX call centre. I have written to NCH (ticket # 111446) as well about 4 weeks ago but no support so far. AMEX is not a registered NCH entity so perhaps they will not help me. I had a HDFC Credit Card which I had decided to Surrender After paying my all dues.As per my decision payed all dues as on 15.06.2016 but after few days I had got another out standing report of Rs. 4259.60 for the same Credit Card where I am not spend any amount...I had payed this as on 28.06.2016 and hot listed the same card. SBI Credit cards noticed a fraud on my Credit card and closed the card themselves. They charged me for the fraudulent transaction and then added lot of late payment charges on it. On proving to them the transaction was fraudulent, they reversed the fraudulent transaction but did not reverse the charges incidental to the fraud transaction. Now there is 35000 amount which they are asking me to pay. Please advise.

After demonetization Govt announced that no processing charges would be charged by bank till 31st Dec 2016. I filled petrol on 14th Dec 2016 on my credit card at M/S SHELL Petrol station Bangalore and the merchandiser "M/s SHELL PETROL BANGALORE" charged me 2.5%+taxes and my bank HSBC processed it as well. I called HSBC and the bank executive told me that the fuel surcharge is not mentioned in Govt order. Looks like these non-Indian companies does not honor our Indian Govt order. A fraud was played with me on 22.09.2016 and caller cheated me of Rs. 14,997.00 by debiting the amount from my ICICI Bank credit card twice (4999+9998).I lodged my complaint with my branch immediately. I asked Customer Care deptt. to provide me 1. Credit Card statements for three months -July -Sept.,2016 2. Date of cancellation of my card 3. Registering the Dispute and through phone I asked the name of the company in whose account the money was credited (some Paytm account). Despite several emails and telephonic talks over the last 3 and a half month,the result is a big zero. No action was been taken by Customer card deppt. of the bank. I had not asked something from Moon. It is very shameful and distressing that an institution like ICICI Bank have kept inefficient persons to look after their customers.

I own an HDFC credit card since march 2016, I made a one-time purchase of 50,000 to purchase a phone. Before making the payment I called up HDFC to confirm that EMI procedure will be conducted as soon as the payment was made. Accordingly, i made the payment and asked them to convert it into EMI. They said 'it can't happen right no, we will call you back as soon as it'll be done' a) they moved back from their words that the procedure would start asap. b) they never called for at least 3 months. After a course of 3 months, i received a call from the collection team saying 'you haven't paid for 3 months' and I am like 'I never got a call or message or an email about t'. Without any word of information I was getting at least 15 calls per day asking for money no matter how many I explained things too. I, Asmeet Singh, had a credit card(CC No.- 4514 5600 0101 8203) of axis bank which was lost so I blocked the card last month only. Now, because of blocking my card i was not able to make its payment through my axis bank account s internet banking. I tried adding it as a biller also but that came out to be of no use.I called up axis bank customer care to tell me a way for making my payment, and also waive off the late payment charges, to which they told me to send an sms to 5676782 after waiving the late payment charges. I sent the SMS and after that i was on a vacation out of India. After reaching back in delhi came to know that due to some systaem failure of axis they dint receive the payment. I also confirmed with them if the procedure they told me to make the payment was correct or not. Now i made the payment from my end and if due to any reason they dint receive the payment then they should not charge me for anything. Sir, I want to lodge a complaint against SBI Credit Card for asking me to pay the unauthorized amount used on my credit card against three (3) fraud transactions of Rs. 47,752/- (approx.). Sir, I am a public service employee. One day, a representative from HDFC came to my office saying that HDFC us giving out credit cards with lifetime free charges and asked to come to my office to collect documents. Accordingly he collected my data and some xerox copies of the LIC policies of my children. Dear Sir, Reference: Loan Account No.: 9401270224012000 Credit Card No: 4375 XXXX XXXX 9005 I have paid this month EMI to my credit card account instead of Personal loan account based on Credit card. The payment has been done before the due date. I have been billed with Late payment fee + Interest Charges + Processing Fee(Rs.1000) due to that I have paid the amount to Credit card account no. instead of personal account no. I think the loan section of the bank tries to collect the amount which was left in the previous case. I don't agree with the amount, I am supposed to pay Rs.2000 (All put together) for the payment already done with the credit card account. Due to the Bank's software system problem, customers are supposed to pay extra amount than the original. Please help me to resolve this issue legally.

Hi, this is my second complaint because I've not heard back from you on my first complaint. I had applied for an ICICI credit card on 27-28 March, but received it around 27 May for completely nonsense reasons. Besides,there were a lot of problems in my phone number and name update and I was made to wait just for a credit card for more than a month. I personally visited the branch many a times and made several calls to the representative, but to no avail. Besides, they were unhelpful and erronous on their part. I need a solution for the mental torture.

I had applied for an ICICI bank credit card on 27-28th April, but have not received it till date due to the laxity and misconduct of the ICICI bank. I made several visits to the bank in person and everytime I would visit, I was given several illogical explanations, but was not able to resolve it. Nobody is ready to take the responsibility for this. I am completely devastated after waiting for so many days just to get a credit card - which I could have otherwise within days from another bank.

Hi, Please find below what all happend and how Axis bank is doing unethical practices - 1. Feb Month Statement due payment was Rs 3250.62/- and I made the payment of Rs 3300/- on time. 2. In March month statement Ax bankis charged debit interest Rs.446.60 and late payment Rs.400/-. I have called to customer care and they ensured these incorrect charges will be reversed and I just need to make the payment after deducting these charges which I made before due date. This is against SBI Air India Signature credit card. This card has a joining fee which I have paid. My concern is that there have been many instances when the card is declined while shopping at an offline store or at restaurants. My card NO. is 5420343023982007. However this card expired on 29/02/2016. Hi, I want to lodge my complaint against Citibank for asking me to pay the unauthorised amount used on my credit card as a fraud transaction. This was happened last year June 2015 and this month they called me and informed that they could not contact the said merchant and hence I've to pay the amount. The initial amount was 1,11,800 and after interest it has come to now 1,50,000/-. This is really very harassing and depressing for me. They kept on informing me that they are investigating the matter and will inform me positively and this investigation kept on going for months and finally last Friday March 18th they informed me that they could not contact merchant and hence I've to bear that cost which is highly unacceptable and injustice. Please look into this matter. My Credit Card # is 4386280520799523 against which this transaction has happened. Let me know if you require any further details from me.

I would like to lodge my complaint against the Standard Credit Card division for spoiling my social reputation by reducing my CIBIL Rating. I had approached a Bank for my education loan and they said I could not be granted as my CIBIL score was low. I was reminded about an issue one year ago wherein the Bank had piled up financial charges against me. Even after committing to reduce the same, they did not do so and kept on piling up my financial statement. Upon receiving a commitment, I did not pay the charges but paid the entire principle amount well in advance. The Banks collection centers have no coordination with the customer care and they do not entertain these requests. In addition the collection centers use abusive and derogatory language. As a result, the bank has destroyed my credit history along with the reputation of paying entire payment for about 4 years. Request you to please help to look into the matter.

Now my questions with HDFC are: 1) Why HDFC approved my loan in 2006. & 2012 and not raised this during said loan. 2) Why HDFC Bank is not sending me proof, if any. 3) Why HDFC wake-up now after 12 years when I personally approached their Golf Course Road branch. I booked a ticket in spicejet website directly by selecting credit card option with out using PAYTM option. The price of ticket was Rs3249/-. An additional amount of 669 was charged on my credit card on the same day to PAYTM noida in addition to 3249 to PAYTM Noida. I raised the same issue with Spicejet customer relations. They conveyed that 3243 was only received for that ticket from my account and conveyed me to deal with PAYTM. With whom should I deal about this issue as I had not used PAYTM option during payment time.

Dear sir/madam, First of all Happy new year to your nearest and dearest ones. I am holding credit card from SBI bank ending with 2737. During card issuance it has been told that it is life time free card and there is no annual or joining fee. Now every year SBI is charging annual charges/fee. This year they have charged INR 572.35/- in my December'15 bill. After the complaint online, they told and promised that it was by mistake and they will revert back the amount. But it was not reverted back, no need to pay due amount. But, in January'16 bill I got charged another INR 231/- as a late payment and interest and they have not reverted back the worngly charged annual fee of INR 572.35/- This way SBI is cheating with their customers and getting extra money in terms of late payment fees. My question is, why they will charge annual fee when they have promised as a life time free card. Would like your kind intervention/attaintion so that SBI can stop this fraud cases with the customer.

Dear Sir, I have been making using HDFC credit card since many years and have made all payments within due date. My HDFC bank account was linked to HDFC credit card for auto payment. I have not been using my HDFC bank account since many years and they are not even accepting my bank account closer request. When I asked them to close the account they replied that as HDFC Credit card is linked for auto payment they can not take the bank account closer request. I make credit card payments through my other bank account and not from HDFC bank account. But as my credit card is linked to HDFC bank account (which has zero balance and I am not using it since many years) payments get bounce even after credit card payments are made within due date. For every bounced transaction they charge me Rs. 500 which I feel unnecessary after making payment within due date. I feel there is some big fraud is going on to charge the customers for all the auto payment bounce transactions

I received a phone call from one Aakash (Cell No. 8527788730) from SBI Credit Card and informed that the Company wants to credit Rs. 5000/- worth reward points to my account but before that I have to share certain details with them. Believing him I gave him my Credit Card No., Cell No. and even for the transactions made against the account I shared the OTPs as well with which he defrauded me for Rs. 10000/- i.e. Rs. 5000/- each for transaction on Suvidhaa.com-PayU and one on mixs_PayU. Suspecting something fishy, I checked the website and found that one SBI Credit Card holder was also defrauded in the past for Rs. 4000/- for payment on the site mixs_PayU. Having learnt this I put up a request for blocking card and further asked them even to inform the company to whom payments are made are fraudulent transactions and request to share the name of the person who was/were the beneficiary/ies of these transactions and recover the amount.Can we trace them to stop recurrence?

I deposited the cheque of the check no. 683604 on 28 September 2015 which should be release on by the date 29 September 2015 which is the last date. I , Piyush Vijay was owning Barclays Credit card no:4339 481823969122 till 2012 and closed this card Aug-2012 after paying full pending amount. After that I received NOC for the same. They took full payment (total outstanding of Rs 19683 + Rs 35413.07 = Rs 55096.07 , which included interest, late fees or any other finance charges)against my Barclay Credit card No: 4339 4818 2396 9122 but didn't close it in CIBIL even after 3 years as it is still showing with the status "WRITTEN OFF AND ACCOUNT SOLD". It must be closed in the CIBIL. But it is still reflecting in CIBIL with this remarks. As per mail on 30-Aug -2012 from Phoenix ARC, CIBIL rectification should have been done in Sep/Oct-2012 itself but it is still reflecting in 2015 i.e. after 3 years Now, after continuously following up, I haven't received a single revert from their side. Need your urgent intervention to get this issue resolved. If any proof is required, please let me know.

I had paid Mr.Tanvir Ahmed 24 nos. or Rs. 500 and 4 Nos. of Rs 100 mentioning the currency number in the settlement letter ( scan copy attached). He has received the money issuing me a money receipt with hologram and the signed copy of the settlement letter along with the bank seal. Not only that I do have my salary account with ICICI Bank Chowringhee Branch bearing account number 018701516239 since 2006. In Jun 2008, the same accounts was debited by Rs. 44328/- without any intimation. and the deduction was for my husband's credit card bearing card number 5177 1940 6759 7002, which was not linked with my salary a/c.and neither I was any add on card holder against that card. Some cheques were also got bounced due to non availability of money in my account,which is criminal offence.I had several mail communication with ICICI Bank regarding this debit of salary account without informing me,but I didn't get any solution.Then I had mailed to RBI ombudsmen department all matter in detail

with Mr. Sanjay Upadhay (mobile no. 9163693193 & 9088707186) of ICICI Bank, over phone regarding the settlement of my card and after the long negotiation it was decided that the settlement amount would Rs. 12400/- on the condition of making the payment in cash as my card case was old and for the settlement, only cash is acceptable as per their bank's norms. Though at first I was not ready to pay in cash, but he was insisting to pay in cash and told me this was the only way to settle my card outstanding. On 16th May, a person came to my house to collect the settlement money, But I refused to make the payment that day as the person do not having any ID proof and there was a mistake in my name in the settlement letter. I have an ICICI Bank credit card for more than 10 years. I have always paid my card bill in full before the due date. But during the month of June the payment was got delayed by 3 days and the charged late payment of 500 with tax. The amount was reduced to 350 with tax and forced me to pay the amount. I have explained to them the reason for late payment and even requested them to consider the track record and it was one time event etc. But irrespective of all this they were harassing and forced me to pay otherwise more charges will be levied. I had purchased mobile phone from Sony World Chembur in March 2015. At that time 5% cash back offer was in place from SBI credit card. I was told same would be debited to my card in 90 days. Since sum was not credited to me, I lodged a complaint in July 2015. However query was not resolved. I have complained in last 15 days via sms, e-mail and telephonically but they have now stopped responding . My complaint number is 1-2329220533 . Since October 2014 they are trying to take money from me by applying some illegal charges. On showing them the irregularities they agreed with me & I got an email confirmation from CEO@sbicard.com on 27.02.2015 that all interest and latefee charges are reversed and though they are not showing in my account due to technical reason but will be shown on my account shortly. Then again in March 23,2015 I could not made payment due to network problem but midnight on 24.03.2015 I made payment. Around 1 am i emailed SBI letting them know that I cannot make payment. They charge late fee of rs.750 and refused to reverse. I find that SBI is purposefully keeping their network busy so that they can charge late fee. Till date I could not get the reversal of the amount they promised. By 23.06.2015 I cleared all dues except Rs.7044. Please help

I am a Citibank Indian Oil Credit Card holder and my card number is 5546379689689014(old) & 5546370227930911(new). On 18.03.2015 at 10.59 AM I received an SMS from VM - Citibk that I had spent Rs.5,040.00/- on my Credit Card 5546XXXXXXXX9014 at AIRTEL PAYMENT. But before this SMS I received a Phone Call on 18.03.2015 from Citibank Customer Care (09350745278) at 10.42 AM. Whereas I have not done any transaction at "AIRTEL PAYMENT" at that time. I was at my home. I immediately called Citibank Customer Care and blocked my credit card ( 5546379689689014) and complained about the 'fraudulent transaction' which took place. The customer care executive told me that the old credit card has been blocked & the new one has been issued. Moreover she told me that I will have to call Citibank Customer Care again on 23.03.2015 for logging the complain about the 'fraudulent transaction'. She also told me that I cannot log the complain at that point of time as the "system" would not accept it.

Respected Sir/Madam, I am using HDFC Credit Card No.4617 8655 0043 3183. The bill for February, 2015 was Rs.75551.84, the last date was 05.03.15. I have deposited the IOB Cheque No.271753 dated 03.03.15 for Rs.75552/- in HDFC Bank, Sector-31, Gurgaon. The cheque was encashed from a/c on 07.03.15. Now, HDFC has sent a new bill for March, 2015 stating that I have to pay Rs.3001.90 as per following details: 1. Late fee - Rs.700/- 2. Financial charges + other - 2301.90 I contacted the HDFC Customer Care Officer to waive off the above charges of Rs.3001.90 on 16.03.15 and he has given me request No.15075913148. I received a reply from HDFC bank through SMS on 21.03.15 that my request for reversal of charges could not be processed on my card. Sir, now I have no alternative to approach you that the HDFC Bank are charging so much amount as explained above. Sub. Fraudulent transaction on my credit card.Issued by Corporation Bank. Dear Sir, On 9th march 2015 evening 5.13 PM I received an SMS on my cell stating that a transaction of Rupees 76,980.00 was done at Khandewal Jewellers at Nagpur. I stay in Mumbai and the card was very much with me at that time. Imeediately I contacted the helpline and advised to block the card and subsequently next day morning I submitted a written complaint to the Bank.Then we approached the police station to file an FIR but Police flatly refused and said that it is a credit card fraud and bank is responsible. Abain with a letter from Bank we approached for filing the FIR again police refused and simply acknowledged the letter from bank by putting a stamp on the letter and returning to us. I am having problem with my HDFC Bank credit card regarding finance charges.I made the payment long time before the due date via cheque but the amount was deposited to my ac after the due date.I raised up the matter and the late charge fees of Rs 700 was reversed but the finance charges remains there.There is a problem with the clearing system at the HDFC Bank.I know that the bank is at fault.They must instal the cheque deposit machines like the ones at Standard Chartered bank.I am ready to fight for my rights.I am having this card for the past 12 years and have not defaulted on any payment till date.If needed I will take legal action against the bank as they cannot take their customers for a ride.I hope they understand the need of the hour and rectify their mistakes.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding ICICI bank Credit Card No. 4375511700639003 alias 4477463785183001, this card been with me from last 12 years and treat myself a seasoned and valuable customer to the credit card department. I have been levied a fine of Rs. 5600 for two months for non-payment of charges but no one is listening to complaint at my end and providing any solution. I have failed miserably to find a solution from customer care number. First, calling to them is chargeable and then one has to hold the call for approximate 15 - 20 minutes and pain in the neck when they do not provide any solution to you. I was offered a SBI Card against my FD amounting Rs. 64,999/-. After three months of non-payment, my FD was prematuredly closed and the outstanding amount of Rs. 35,000/- was settled on 8/2/2015. Now after settelement of the dues, the rest of the amount has not been paid back to me. I had instructed HDFC on 29th December 2014, to block my HDFC credit card# 5241810400069431 due to security concerns. At the time of applying, I was told by the Credit Card Agent that this is entirely a Free card as I will be a corporate customer, currently employed with Cognizant Technologies Solution India Pvt Ltd. The Credit Card January 2015 Statement clearly depicted that my total amount due was Rs. -19.90 (i.e. The Bank owed me an amount of Rs. -19.90). I even double checked the same from HDFC Bank Customer Call centre representative who clearly stated that I do not have any amount due. I have not used the card since, nor have I asked for any kind Card Renewal or Re-issuance. Yet I have received a Credit Card February 2015 Statement showing that total amount due is Rs. 541.90 and a "MEMBERSHIP FEE INCL ST AND CESS" has been charged. It appears that HDFC Credit card department is fooling people without giving complete information. It would be great if you can help.

I have availed credit card auto debit facility. I haven't used credit card for anything. I haven't even left any amount to be auto debitted. Then also bank is saying me to pay an amount of 9556 Rs. I also gave an application to the bank for this matter but they rejected it saying that it's format is wrong. Now i am surprised to see an application from high court saying me to pay this amount along with 500 Rs of notice charges. I haven't understood till now that for which matter am I about to pay this amount. High court says me to pay this amount or else they will take an action against me under sec 25 of the payment and settlement system act 2007 with sec 138 of the negotiable instruments act, 1881. Please help me out from this matter.........

I was having credit card of ICICI bank , which I have returned back to them through registered post along with the chque in 2008, and the chque is also debited in my account. Still I got regular letters from them for which I responded also giving my all references. But on 29/11/2014, the bank debited the amount from my saving account of same bank. Today i got a call from lady claiming from HDFC bank. As per my good will & good relation with bank they will provide some exciting vouchers for me free of cost, only i have to confirm my Credit card detail. It is really surprised she has all information except my CVV. So i provided my CVV & my credit card deducted by Rs 32000 towards goindiabuyer.com company.So i inquire the same about refund, & i came to know it's a fraud call from goindiabuyer.com company. I have tried for my refund from this company, but they asked me to buy Rs.8999.00 from their company other wise they will not refund Rs.32000.00. So to save Rs.32000.00 i have to place order of Rs.8999.00 in goindiabuyer.com company website. After that they refunded my Rs.32000.00 to my credit card account. So this company should be banned & legal action must be taken against this goindiabuyer.com company.

CIR shows an outstanding of Rs. 43,929 on my credit card of SCB a/c 51177020007150. As per the details provided by the bank, there was an annual charge on 2005 which has now increased upto such a high amount! there is no outstanding towards usage of the card. During initial offering The cc was told to be a lifetime free card as offered for corporate employees. It took sometime to realize the charge as i used to make payment based on SMS alert. i spoke to bank and they refused to wave off annual charge so i stopped using the card. I have not given any consent to continue the card with annual charges. Now bank is not responding even repeated follow ups. SCB has charged annual fee on the card as per whims and wishes. It was clearly communicated while taking the credit card that it would be a lifetime free credit card as applicable for all corporate clients. There is no justification in paying annual charges. kindly help.

in the month of Sept had made the full payment for the outstanding amount on my card through by cheque payment. There was a mistake in writing the card number due to which the payment was not credited to my account. Due to lack in the service of ICICI bank I came to know that the cheque was not cleared. I asked the customer service people to cheque for the cheque they refused receiving any cheque and was asked to the bank where I have deposited the cheque and collect it from there. The branch informed me that the cheque was with the collection department. After following up with the bank for almost 15 days I receive a copy of the cheque and not the original. I needed the original cheque back as it was issued from the loan dept and if I return back the original cheque then only I will be issued a new cheque. in this process almost a month and a half was wasted and I was charged late payment charges and interest charges which I had to pay and now after clearing the cheque the bank again

I have received the Credit Card Statement for the period 16.09.2014 to 15.10.2014 which reflects a late payment fee of Rs. 500/- plus Service Tax. This is the second consecutive month where late payment fees have been charged inspite of honoring the payment on due date. I had made the payment for the last Credit Card Statement for the period 16.08.2014 to 15.09.2014 on 01.10.2014. The Bank was not working on 02.10.2014, 03.10.2014 and 06.10.2014 on account of public holidays and due to which the payment was not realised before 07.10.2014. This has been a repetitive exercise whereby the late realization of the payment due to non-performance or delay in performance of duties by the bank has been passed on to the customer by way of Late payment fees. Even during the last month, the bank had charged the late payment fee ofRs. 500/- and then reversed Rs. 290/- after raising the complaint for the same. This is a practice followed by bank to earn extra charge without providing any services.

On 5th Oct 2013, I had paid INR12360 to Credit Sudhaar team[www.creditsudhaar.com] at their Bangalore branch with Kavitha & Rajeshwari seeking their services to improve credit score as well as resolve CIBIL issues. Other than initial couple of calls to create trust and sharing the customer care or card care Email IDs of respective Banks which are available in websites, nothing else service is given and several times I followed up by calls & mails with them but no use. they never kept me in loop for any transactions with Bank but I ended up following up with Banks. hence I would like to seek my payment back from credit Sudhaar if there is no penalty can be given to them for their cheating!MY CSID with them is 10971. This is regarding my SBI credit Card.I got a call from SBI ban representative name Raj Sharma mobile no.9136692092 and stating his employee id 5626331 that my card is about to expire and the points earned will also lapse,so i will be given some goodies in-exchange of those points,its just that i need to pay Rs.7750/- which will get refunded back.I agreed and made the transaction. Few days after that i again got call from SBI stating that i have been cheated and SBI didnt gave any such offer. Further to this i also blocked my card. But then I received the statement and the ban is saying that i will have to pay the amount,which is injustice as due to their lack in internet security my data's hacked got by some one else and i became the victim. The statement shows the amount was paid against KAMKASH SALE SOLUTION. please help and provide the proper solution. The Fraud has been possible as there has been leak of data from the bank itself.

Hello sir, I am an SBI bank credit card holder for last 2 years. Last month I came back from USA from an official trip and while I was in India post my travel, my credit card was being misused and 3 fraudulent transactions happened on my credit card. I immediately contacted my bank and was advised to send a scan copy of the dispute form with details of the fraudulent transactions that happened on my card. I promptly sent them the details as requested and was told that this matter would be investigated. Now after 3 weeks SBI Credit card team has replied stating that the merchant bank is not able to process the credit for the above mentioned transaction.Therefore request me to approach the merchant directly to claim this credit and clear the outstanding amount and clear the outstanding amount due towards my Card Account. I would sincerely request you to suggest on how to deal with this. I also do not want my name to be uploaded to cibil which will spoil my reputation. Kindly suggest.

The aforesaid transanction message was sent by AM-ICICIB at 12.35.59 on 16-07-2014 in my mobile phone. I suspect two telecallers( who were telling themselves as icici bank credit card employee): 9211597493/9582006327.In this circumstances, I have made a general diary at local police station,Lake Town,Bidhannagar police commissionarate on 30-08-2014.

On 12th Feb'14, my Citibank credit card# 4386xxxxxxxx8239 was fraudulently used to do several transactions on Airtel payments, Snapdeal.com and Ebay.com amounting to ~Rs22000. SOme of the transactions were made when I was talking to Citibank officer for blocking the card. I had registered a complaint in the Cyber crime branch of Pune police but till date there has not been much progress in this complaint and bank is charging me interest on the total amount. I also have some evidence which was shared with me by Snapdeal, which proves that I have not done those transactions but still I'm being penalised for same. Seeking your urgent help on this matter. I got a call from an unknown vendor(C GROUP TECHNOLOGY) from delhi on 6th august and they told i am calling from hdfc credit card . you are using credit card from two year ,so you got very good reward point and got offer package also . He asked my all credit card details and deducted 7990 rupees from credit card account. He Sent one mail regarding offer confirmation then i got to know that this is not HDFC credit card. One of the agent from standard chartered bank sold me a credit card with wrong information. I came to know about the annual charges during the verification call from their side and requested them to cancel my application. One of their executive informed me that if i dont use the card for 90 days the card will automatically get cancelled and i didnt used the card. Two fraudulent transactions of Rs.41479.90 and Rs 5764.93 at Russia and UAE were conducted on 16.02.2013 using my HDFC credit card. Same was reported to the Bank and escalated at every level. Bank instead of cooperating me insisted upon paying the dues. In June they reversed 5764.93 with finance charges, but deliberately insisting me to pay Rs.41,479.90 incurred at M/s SVYAZNOY MOSCOW RUS. Bank never ever extended its cooperation to me rather they kept on sucking my money like anything. I had to lodge FIR whereas as per RBI's guideline Bank is supposed to do so. Cyber Crime Cell Lucknow over phone has confirmed happening of these transactions overseas (phishing or so). BO Kanpur says its not under their purview. BO HDFC is also repeating the same. Request you to look into this unfair practice of bank, which has caused me mental agony and loss of financial reputation and instruct Bank to reverse my money.

Referring to above i had received call on 20th June from Mr. Harsh Chawla (+91 9953590114) HDFC Delhi , told me that your case is in civil & it would settle if i pay 4000/- & they would issue No objection certificate also , when i asked him about his email address & office address, He refused to provide the same . This is not appreciated . they have kept us in darkness and hide information So please do the needful. So I humbly requested to you please intervene, This is clear case of keeping customer in darkness. Two fraudulent transactions Rs.41,479.90 and Rs 5764.93 were conducted on my HDFC credit card at Russia and UAE respectively on 16th February 2013. On expressing my dissatisfaction and after Bank reversed amount of Rs 5764.93 in the month of June 2014. But the major chunk of money is still disputed. Bank does not seem to be cooperative in this affair. I have lodged the FIR, approached to Banking Ombudsman, but till date there is no amicable solution. Cyber Crime Cell doubts it as a case of phishing. RBI’s notification # DBOD.LEG.BC.86 /09.07.007/2001-02 dated 8th April 2002 clearly writes “in cases where neither the bank is at fault nor the customer at fault but the fault lies elsewhere in the system, then also the banks should compensate the customers (upto a limit) as part of a Board approved customer relations policy” It seems HDFC Bank is deliberately putting this fraudulent liability to me causing mental agony and financial loss. Any sort of guidance shall be highly appreciated.

I've made a purchase with HDFC credit card on March 10, 2014. The purchase appeared in their bill of March 16 and was payable by April 4. I've paid the bill in full on April 1. I’ve cancelled the purchase and obtained a 50% refund from the seller on June 11. As the original purchase was made with credit card, the amount was credited to my credit card account. As the refund of Rs 36054 was not small, I’ve requested the credit card company to credit it to my bank account. The company has been dodging with one excuse or other and not refunding it. It wants to adjust it against it future spending. Can I seek immediate refund?

A transaction of USD 168.69 has been made online at NETELLER on 13/05/2014 around 0.40 hrs by my ICICI Bank credit card no. 4629864532441005,which I have not done.Perhaps my card details have been hacked by someone.I have already blocked my card.But it is surprising to me that I have received call from ICICI card department around 9.15 a.m on 13/05/2014 asking me whether I have made the transaction or not instead of at the time of making the transaction by someone else,when no international transaction has been made on my card since beginning.So I strongly raise dispute against this transaction which I have already reported to the bank authority over telephone on 13/05/14 around 9.45 a.m. and vide email on 15/05/2014. A complain has already been lodged by me to the JT. COMM. of Police(crime),Kolkata also on 13/05/14.In reply to my mail the bank is saying that it was a 3D secure online transaction,so they can't do anything against it & I have to pay the said amount which I will not pay.

Dear Sir, I do have standard chartered bank credit card ending with 6005 which is also linked with Auto Debit Facility with my Saving Bank Account with Standard Chartered Bank – 33710329794 . Based on some purchase worth total of Rs 17059 .00 has been converted into EMI as per their offer came to me over phone . On the other hand the same amount had been debited from my Account also linked with Auto Debit Facility. I have asked for refund of Rs 17059.00 back to my account which they have agree and conveyed by their customer care vide their mail dtd- June 6th,2014 ( Ref No- 06/14/005889/SP/CRD – KMM17739596V83299L0KM) that the referred amount will be refunded back to my account on or before 12th of June . But as on today they have only refunded Rs 4953.50 after adjusting my this month^s purchase of Rs 12105.50 ( Payable with this month^s bill on July 5th ,2014 statement of which had not been generated at all till now) Thus unknowingly , I was forced to pay Rs 1210

I would like to highlight you that on 28th Nov'13, there is a serious fraudulence took place against my standard & chartered credit card( 5546232901126143) for an amount of Rs 95228.45. Initially I thought this fraud case happened thru online but S&C confirmed this transaction happened with physical card presentation which is absolutely baseless as the card was with me all the time & is still with me & that day I was in Kolkata only. There is also no misplace happened with the said card. When I immediately registered the complaint they replied back on 4th Decemble'14 saying that they will get back to me within 45 working days which they never did actually. But when I received jan'14 statement, the said amount has been taken off from my account & I felt the case must have resolved by S&C. But surprisingly in Apr'14 statement the same has again been reflected & when enquired they said they can't do anything & i have to pay the amount. Now i am feeling helpless in this. Pl help.

I hold an Indusind Credit Card. Now the amount is due for payment however there is some problem I am not able to make the payment. I have severally requested them that I will make the payment on 29.04.2014 but they are not listening. Every 5 minutes they are calling and asking for the payment. I went to the IndusInd Bank and requested them to extend just 3 days for the payment and they agreed. However just few minutes later again I have received the call from the recovery agent of Indusind Bank and claiming amount and abusing and torturing me for not paying the same. My request was to grant me for 3 days extension time period for the payment however they are giving me pressure and abusing and torturing me over phone.

SBI Cards had received and withdrawn 3515.95 by cheque: 715556 dt. 26.09.05 but was not reflected in my statement till dec 05 on repeated writing and informing them they only reflected however kept on adding interest and late fees from oct 05 to oct 06 and is pressuring me to pay 5996 for settlement of my card i have done no payment for this request you to look into the matter.

I was issued a credit card from standard chartered in 2013. Initially after using my card, i didn't received any statement/ message notification from the bank about the usage. When this thing repeated several times, I called up the bank's customer care & told them about this. They reverted that my id has been updated & i will start receiving statements with immediate effect. When next time i used my card, i again didn't received any notification from the bank. Despite calling the customer care several times & writing to them on facebook, my problem has not been resolved. I made few payments assuming my purchases, but now, since last 3 months i havn't paid any amount towards the card, since i am unaware about my balance payment & usage. There is still no revert from the bank , neither they have tried to establish any contact with me.

Transaction with Tradus in July 2013. Tradus refunded money in July 2013. Both were through my ICICI Credit card. Again I got debit to my card in Sept'13 stmt of card. When checked with the merchant, they say they have refunded my money, but to contact my banker. My banker say since the damaged/faulty goods are still lying at my end, the merchant debited my card second time. The merchant still sents me reply to contact the banker for refund. I have approached the banker but no use. They say to contact the merchant for refund. Now the amt. 997/- of transaction grown to the level of 4,100/- Please advice what to do. I need justice. I have approached the ombudsmen, but they say since the goods are at my end, they cannot proceed further. They are standing in the side of the banker(ICICI). As the defaulter is the merchant in failing to collect his faulty goods from me, where I am liable to pay for it. I need to bear the courier cost also? Please please help me to get justice.

Hi, I had a call from 01143728700 saying we are from SBI card. he said this is call for SBI card verification. So he requested details like card number, date of birth. He handovered call to another person for again verification. After 2-3 times verification, he has sent for one time password and confirmed by asking same number. He provided the details about person called Bharat Sharma for any issues. Bharat Sharma is the branch manager native from Aurangabad. Then he handovered the call to fourth person. Fourth person enlisted items like bajaj grinder of Rs. 10000, 2 wrist watches of Rs. 5000, Gift voucher of Rs, 1000 and holiday tour of Rs. 30000-40000 and said that you will get Rs. 2000 cash. Now fourth person told that your Rs.15999 are deducted. So I have told him that I don't accept this. So he told me that he has deducted the amount from my account. Now he has given the number of Bharat Sharma 09015662366. Now he says that he is from GoIndiaBuy comapany from new Delhi.

Standard Chartered Bank issued to me in 2001 a Smart Credit Card No.32405055173 and allowed some credit on it. The Credit Card Loan was fully repaid by 28/08/2005. All of a sudden in the 1st week of Dec-2013 (after over 8 years) someone from SCB phoned me and asked for payment of Rs.14,358/= remaining outstanding from me. On 17th Dec-13 when I approached State Bank of India for a Car Loan I could come to know that SCB reported on 31-10-2013 to CIBIL that there was a written off of Rs.14,358/= overdue amount on "Other" Loan A/c and SBI declined loan. When contacted SCB at 19 NS Road, Kolkata-1 they again collected from me Rs.14,358/= with assurance to provide me clearance certificate. In the meantime I found all evidences and money receipts for full settlement of the loan and provided it to SCB. But till today SCB is neither giving me any Statement of A/cs and returning me the excess amount taken nor any clearance certificate. I appeal for appropriate remedies and compensation.

Credit Card of Standard chartered bank (Manhattan) I have not availed the facilty of Credit card enhancment package and the same has been returned to the service provider. Inspite of several complaints to cancel the CEP package and credit card , the service provider unnecssaraly sending message with phone calls to pay over due amount calculated with exorbident interest. For your information as on date no outstanding from my side. Relevant evidences are readily available with me. Request your interventin in this matter and help resolve this issue.

Respected President, I had been using credit card of AXIS Bank( N0. 4718 6300 0343 2951) since more than 5 years. In the month of September 2013,I reported the concerned persons, Customer Care for discontinue my card before negotiations and settlement. They blocked my card over phone without final settlement. In spite of that I pay the minimum due amount by cheque( Rs. 1000/-)dt 14th September on the basis of total outstanding(Rs. 19,909.87). Unfortunately the cheque had been dishonoured on the basis of UNKNOWN REASON from their end and fortunately honoured again within few days as per my updated passbook. In this period they charged irrelevant charges. I mailed several times at Customer care to get the proper reasons but they did not entertain. I did not pay any amount against my card and now the concerned persons,collection center Bank demanding Rs. 23,912.87 as total outstanding and minimum due amount Rs 6,183/-. I have SBI credit card since last one and a half year. At the time of issuing the same I was told that this is free and with this you can save surcharge on petrol on any petrol pump. I am not using any credit card but just for benifit of surcharge on petrol I took card. After 2-3 months I enquire about this on petrol pump and they said there is no such discount on SBI card. Since then I am trying to contact the SBI credit card department for guidence to cancel the card but when I call customer care no, there are many input options but no input option for cancellation of card. Mean while I was able to contact customer care supervisor by dialling any random no.but after telling about cancelation of card they divert the call to other no, where no attendant is present. I got many calls about new SBI card also. If I ask about assistance for card cancellation they cut the conversation.This process is on since last one and a half year. I have not used this card till today but I am getting bill of the same and the amount is about Rs.2000/-. I want assistance for cancellation of the credit card without paying the fees as I have not used this card.

I had been using credit card of HDFC since October 2012. In the month of February 2013, two overseas fraudulent transactions of INR 46500~ and INR 6000~ were made using my credit card. I immediately reported the same to the Bank and requested them to hold the payment and resolve the issue. The Bank always tried to put on the liabilities to me every time. After a lot of efforts, HDFC reversed INR 6000, but regretted to reverse the huge amount. Bank is always deducting minimum dues from my account automatically. I approached all corners, but still my case is to be resolved. Bank is not at all providing me details related to fraudulent transaction and had always refused my requests. They are always coming up with their formatted reply. Under the circumstances, I find myself only a sufferer. I see a ray of hope with you and would really appreciate if you may help me get my money back from HDFC. I would also request for the procedure to teach HDFC some lesson. Regards

On 13/11/2013 at 1351 hrs I received an mail from ICICI Bank regarding an transaction of Rs. 4940 on my ICICI Bank credit card No. 4477463133787008. Seeing that mail I immediately called on ICICI BANK customer care no.01133667777 regarding that. Between the call when I was asking them to block the card and the transaction I received two more mail regarding two transaction of amounting to Rs.10182 & Rs.18600. The total fraud transaction was of Rs.33722. I complained them for the same also. Then the customer service executive advised me to complain the same with the local police. The same was done by me and confirmation mail with all the attachments was send to the customer service of ICICI Bank. On 15th Nov 2013 I received a mail communication from ICICI Bank that the transaction was made by my mistake only and I have to pay the amount. But why will I pay the amount when the transaction was not made by me and I have not shared the secret numbers to any one. Please help me.

The merchant had given me the condition that if i purchase from citi bank credit card it will be on 6 months EMI and 15 % cashback on the total amount which will be credited in your account every month. I have asked for a Balance transfer of 14000 Rs which is my limit. Customer care has taken all the information required and after 2 days they have called me and sais that due to technical problem they are not able to proces my balance transfer. Then i have made my arrangement for it. But my account was credited with 29835 on 03/07/2013 with out my notice. This amount is more than my credit limit also due to which they have charged over limit fee aswell. From then i started calling Customer care department almost more than 8 time regarding this. But they could not provide the resolution for it. I did send SMS to 9212500888 three times from my registered mobile number. for the fist time they have contacted me and said they are going to make the reversal of everything, which is not done. Just because of this i stopped paying my SBI card bill amount from 2 months. I keep getting calls every day for this but no resolution is made till. Hope my problem will be addressed by you. Sir, when i am in bangalore i got a cedit card, for my ICICI Credit card the bank offered PAY ASSIST SCHEME FOR repaying the amount in EMI, They also gave offer letter i am also paid 5 months due one fine day they said it is not your account also listed my name in CIBIL,i sent the complaint letter to the redressal officer hydrabad, till now i did't receive any reply but they listed my name in cibl even i am a regular re-payee of my personal loan and two Wheeler loan in the same bank, i need you help to resolve of file the complaint.plz. guide me thank u.

I am holder of SBI CREDIT CARD NO 5264685319456230. Two amounts of Rs.16,707.05 and Rs.90.98 were shown in my credit card on 6.4.13, which were not performed by me. I complained over help line number and by email on receiving SMS alerts. They issued a fresh card. I sent physical copy of the dispute form twice by post along with copy of my passport to SBI Card, Gurgaon, faxed it and also e-mailed soft copy. They have been charging finance charges, late payment charges, etc. They have been demanding payment over phone and by visiting my residence. They even blocked my card. They gave a temporary credit of the disputed transactions amounts to my card account on 2.9.13. They have not reversed the charges. They say still the investigation is going on even after half an year. I pray THE FORUM to order SBICard to recredit the disputed amounts,charges, pay costs and damages and to reveal how the transactions took place. Latest ref. no of my complaint with SBICARD is CaseID 006-844-919.

I have a cobranded credit card from SBI known as the TATA CREDIT CARD. My card no is 5242479294122273. I had made a full payment due on my credit card for an amount of INR 12,189/-. The payment was made in two parts I-e 625/- and 11,564 but on the same day i.e- 28th August. My due date on the card was 30th August. As per NEFT rules the payment get clears in the beneficiaries account within 48 hours, however the payment of 625/- is cleared on 30th but the remaining balance of 11,564 reflects on 3rd Sep. Both these payments were transferred from my HDFC Bank account. Even tough there is a fault of the credit card company, still they have levied me a financial charge of INR 3000/-. I had called up their customer service to clear the issue and I spoke to some person called Akhil, but due to my surprise he refused to further communicate this regards and said no reversal is possible on the card. Request to sort this issue and help in reversing off my financial charges with no fault of mine.

In Oct09,I settled my card due to threatening calls from HDFC callcentre.They threatened they have taken arrest warrant against me.I talked to customercare & they agreed to settle my cards.I paid 18,500 on 30/10/09 as peragreement butI haven't received any settlement letter.Rest amt was taken from my account without any prior notice. Now after 4 years I am geting threatening calls from HDFC customercare.They are caling not me itself but also my entire relatives in Delhi and in Kerala.They are asking me to pay 75,000.On the basis of complaint forwarded to HDFC,Senior Vice President of the bank mailed me that my outstanding dues is Rs25,648& they gave me a settlement proposal for Rs2,000 through email on 30/7/13.On the basis of mail I paid amt ofRs2200(200Inclusive of Bank charges)on 31/07/13.I asked bank to issue me settlement NOC as per the bank conditions.Now I have got a mail from bank that I have to pay again 17,800 on or before 30.08.13 or i have Rs46,511.This is annoying.Pls help.

During my visit to China in the month of October,2012,I was forced to sign on two charge slip of Rs.86000/- each one of ICIC-Visa Card and other one of HDFC-MAster card. I immedaitely filed an FIR in chinese police station and recited the entire incident to both the banks. On my return I had submitted all the documents to both the parties. HDFC bank after going thru it has reversed our debit but ICICI bank has refused to do so and are harassing on daily basis for recovering this amt. I fail to understand if one bank has full investigated and give the credit, how can the other bank refuse thesame. Please assist on this.

I had got a call regarding the payment towards the credit card no 4339501778220609, Vipul Tibrewala. which was blocked by me . This is w.r.t compliant number 201308122834. I have received the credit card statement today i.e.; 21-08-2013. My Primary card no is 4622 7153 5115 0878. A false account is reflecting on my statement. The Account no is - 4940 7680 2679 1506. This account had been created against a Balance Transfer of 16,000/-, which I had never asked for. On 1st of July, when I had received a transaction alert, I immediately called customer care and reported the incidence. On 2nd July, when I received an alert that the DD had been dispatched , I called up again and had asked to cancel the DD & had also blocked the Card to be on the safer side for avoiding any further misutilisation. I had never asked for any balance transfer. When i contacted call centre, they said its a technical error and as the DD had been dispatched, they instructed me not to accept the DD. Accordingly I returned the DD and did not accept it. I had been following up for this for more than a month now. And these guys have now charged me interest too for a transaction which I had never done. Kindly cancel the Account and clear the outstanding. Prior to this I had registered other complains too regarding the same issue, but, I haven't received any resolution. 201307132872 - 22nd July 201307272517251787 - 27th July How can a multi national company be so careless and pathetic towards customer service ??? Dear Customer Care, This is a gentle reminder to the Standard Chartered Bank Customer Care that according to the mail respect to the reference No Ref : 03/13/061671/SP/CRD I have paid all the outstanding amount on my credit card no ending with 3986. Also refer the mail from Mr. Prakash from the customer care department attached with this mail in which he has accepted that payment has been made and there will be no further interest charges and late payment fees for the same outstanding and after that I had not received any statement from the Standard Chartered Bank credit card.Last month only I got the statement in which Bank is asking interest and late payment fees on the some amount which does not reflect any details because I haven't used the card after that incident. If there is any billing amount after that reversal then please let me know and I know there is none. He tried to conveince me to confirm the verification details of my Credit card before dispatching the free gift which has been given on my Credit card due to some good usage history. As per him, the gift prize comprises of Lemon Tablet, 2 wrist watch of Ajanta, Rs.8K vouchers and some 3 days holiday package. He has confirmed my card number and other details in the verification process along with all the other details of card valid from and expiry dates and my DOB as well

After seeing the same i have asked Mr. Aslam to share the truth story and warned him not to try such frauds with anyone, i was amazed when he immediately started laughing and then disconnected the call. I really some major question now: How come people can attempt to use such cheap techniques to upsell there products? if i have not checked the website and if such repetative doubts doesn't come to my mind, i would have been cheated already. My Biggest worry is now for my ICICI Bank account as well, as how such details are out from their system where such telecallers and such promotional companies have all the details of my Credit card. Pls consider it as a written complaint against both the parties: goindiabuyer.com and ICICI Bank both. Requesting the concern teams, to pls take the corrective actions to avoid such fraud attempts and i am sure, many people must be facing it on a day to day basis. Thanks a lot. Hi, I bought a Laptop on 16th March 2013 from Advance Info Distributors Ltd. Pitampura, New Delhi. Phone: 01142455000. Bought in the name of Jaspal Hans C/o Deepak Kumar with bill no. On being enquired from the bank to know the reason. Got to know that the vendor had a clause that in the first month 4 EMIs would be charged together. Vendor is not responding. It was the time of mental tension for me. As I maintained only much balance to make the expected credit card monthly payment. I also received sms from bank to convert the payment of Rs. 41820 in 12 months EMIs. Right now I’m in complete state of mental grief. Pls help me out.

Hi, I hold a Standard Chartered Credit Card. Last year sometime during Oct they charged me for a Enhancement pack. I wrote and email to them upon seeing the charges in the statement, requesting them to cancel the same and remove the charges. after multiple back and forth mails they confirmed that the charges were removed some time early this year. But now i am seeing the same again in this months statement and I am not receiving any response upon writing to them. Please direct me the best way to get this sorted. RECOVERY AGENTS OF ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD (MR. SOMNATH, PH-9831388217/(033)64992736)HAS THREATEND ME DIRECTLY. HE IS TRYING TO FORCE ME FOR PAYING A LUMSUM MONEY EVERY MONTH AS HE MAY HAVE A TARGET. HE HAS USED SLANG LANGUAGE & CAME TO MY HOUSE IN DRUNK CONDITION. HE IS ALSO DISTURBING ME REGULARLY VIA PHONE & THREATENING EVERYDAY. CURRENTLY I CAN'T PAY FOR THE CREDIT CARD AS I HAVE JUST MADE SETTLEMENT OF ICICI PL IN LAST MONTH IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. SO, PLEASE HELP ME & GUIDE WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION.

I have SBI Credit Card & Numbers is 4377 4869 9503 3733. According SBI OCTOBER Month statement they are claiming 1 Transaction of 9999 Amount mentioned but i Didnot use my credit card in August month for that amount . SBI provide me Vendor slip of Drive INDIA Enterprises solutions Gurgaon Amount 9999. whatever sign is there is not my authorize sign. According Sbi it's valid transaction Now i paid that amount & close the card so i want back that dispute amount as well as other charge applied due to that dispte amount.

I have been using ICICI Bank CC from last 7 years and was a regular user of the Credit card. Till 2 years ago I was regularly using the CC, but due to Financial troubles I stoped using the CC, but still managed to make the minimum or many time more than minimum payment on regular basis as as when the bill gets generated. But on March 2012, I lost my Job and I have to stop paying the CC bills as it was the question of my survival. Now I have never said that I will not clear my dues, but the ICICI bank's collection agencies are harrassing me everynow and then. My father is a heart patient, he underwent Angio-plasty in Jan 2013, and his condition is week and doctors have instruction not to expose him to such harresment or stress given my the collections agents. I have been in constant touch with the bank rep. on my condition, but they are just not bothered and continue to give me mental stress to me and my family.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am having icici bank credit card since last 7 years. My Card No is 5239 5110 2940 1013. On dated 28-01-2013 i have applied for cash in facility on my credit card though your phone banking officer Miss/Mrs. Samtha. SR 255768339. She told me that your Loan amount will be of Rs. 52000 and ROI will be 10% p.a. at reducing rate of interest. and also told me that tenor will be for 12 months only. She also told me that the amount will be credited in 4 working days in your saving bank account. I accept all the above mentioned conditions told my your phone banking officer SAMTHA. But after 2 working days i received SMS on my mobile that the amount of Rs. 52000 for 3 months for ROI of 18% been approved. As soon as i call to you phone banking officerMR. SURYA. Surya told me that it was a wrong message by technical reasong sent by us. I request him to send me a new message from you. He told me that ok we will send it by tomorrow. But on next day i wait for message. After waiting for night i called again to yout phone banking officer MR. YOGESH. He told me that the above incident happen due to technical reason. He also promise me that your problem woul resove within 12 Hours. I wait for 24 Hours. But my proble was not resolve. On dated 31/01/2012 i talked to the phone banking supervisor Mrs/Miss Latha & Jalja. They promise me to solve my proble within 24 hours. They also promse that i will call you within 24 Hours. Till today there is no any updation from any of above mentione all the Phone banking officers as well their supervisors also. Today @ 4 p.m. i call icici bank phone banking for asking the status of the complaint. I talked to Mr. Rajesh. He told me that today JALAJA is on leave so i transfer the call to another supervisor LAXMI. LAXMI told me that we will call you. I insist to talk to JALAJA because she is already aware of my case. First she told me that she is on leave. After 5 minute she told me that hold the phone i am transfering the phone to JALAJA.:). I asked that she on leave today? Laxmi reply that no she is available. After holding me for 20 minute Laxmi reply that JALAJA denied to talk with me.

I had ordered redemption of Standard Chartered Credit Card rewards through order no PB121107-319822 - lifestyle gift vouchers. The same were shipped by Bluedart, waybill no 13717766086 and received by my landlord, Mr Sharma. The courier guy while delivering the goods to Mr Sharma wrote my relationship with him as my father!!! In India - a Mittal is born to Sharma!! Such is the intelligence of your courier guy. Now my question is why should I lose out on benefits entitled to me. Why did your shipping agency deliver it to someone without even checking credentials? And if by mistake they handed over to someone not entitled to use them, why can't you take it from him? Did the courier guy not even have a single rs in his phone to give me a call and check for the delivery?? SO, tell me who should I pursue now? Your customer care says that I should talk to Stan Chartered. Standard Chartered says talk to bluedart?

The Standard Chartered Bank has settled my all credit cards accounts of Rupees around 70 Thousand in the month of December 2007 in Rs. 44000/-. I have paid the entire settled amount to the bank (receipts provided by the bank). I have paid the settled amount in the installments later on somehow after around 8 months bank has confirmed that the settled amount should be paid in one installment but that was not mentioned in the settlement letter and even bank has not informed me this after sending the settlement letter also not in between the period of 8 months. This was told after 8~9 months when i have paid almost maximum amount, after confirmation by the bank I have paid the entire balance amount thru cheque and bank has given me full & final payment receipt. After paying the entire amount bank has started putting pressure to resettled the accounts, but I was not in the condition of repayment since I have already paid the entire settled amount, they have not considered my payments and forced to settle again, which I have requested many time to the bank that it is not my fault, it is because of communication gap from bank side also I have no intention to default in the payment of bank, If it was told me in between the period I will definitely arrange and paid the entire amount but they have refused all my requests, later on they have started putting pressure on my family and many time they have misbehave and used unjustified language with my wife and parents, I was so frustrated then I have file a complaint in the SSP Office, Haridwar and send the notice to the bank thru my advocate then after a long time they have stopped calling. Now they have updated the unpaid amount in CBILL by Rs. more than 4 lac which I am not able to pay. Also I am not able to apply any type of loan from bank. Please help me since I have small kids and there are many requirements which as a chief of family I have to fulfilled.

Standard Chartred Credit Card which I was using for a year was given to me by saying its a free card with no fees for 1year and after which if I am satisfied with the card I would b given a call before 1 month of expiry weather to continue or no. And if I am not interested they will close my card. Firstly I have not been reeiving the statements from the time I have applied and upon calling they took my new id but unfortunately didnot receive even then. Earlier in July I had made extra payment of Rs.459/- as I did not know my payment amount.From August to December I still did not receive any statement. I repeateadly called the customer care people but they were so rude and so uneducted that they used to only give me some reason.In December 2011, I finally got frustreated and made the payment as told to me on the call. They had told me the purchase and I saw 4 consecutive Late payment charges applied to my card (August,September, October and November). This is a shock to me. I told the customer care this is not happening as I had informed them about my problem and also the issues I was facing. After that one customer care executive was kind enough on the phone to tell me they will revert the late payment charges but since the due date is already done they cannot revert. To do this, I first have to make the full payment and then in my next bill they would revert the fees. With the words I did do a payment of Rs.1410/- in december. Since I was sure they would have reverted back as told by the customer care I swiped my card for Rs.698/-. In Jan I again do not receive the statement and call them and intrestingly they have neither reverted my money back instead have charged me an annual fees of 750/- without my knowledge or consent. This is just RIDICULOUS. This is the biggest shock I could get. There after I called once to the customer care and told will neither pay the annual fees and would want my reversal money which was told to me. After all this months of story in mean while in March and April I was away from India. My husband tried to follow up with them but they responded that only the card holder would be given information. He also asked if I send a mail will that help and they said no it would not as we have to have details from the card holder. Since I was away I would definitely not have any means to call. Later the collection department guys started calling and troubling my husband. Finally my husband told I would be back on this date please call later. Deva from the collection guy called and I explained him the situation. He told he cannot help me in anyways I need to call the customer care people. I called the customer care people and a lady named Rani answered my query. Trust me she was really rude, Impatient, Senseless and above all no manners to talk. When I told her the issue she first asked me to give the Ref no. I clearly told her no one gave me anyref number so I dont have anything. She was like nothing of what u have told is updated. That is not my problem. I am not sitting on the other side to see what the customer care is updating or not.Its sad to see how irresponsible the customer care updation is. Upon saying I do not have a ref no she was like sorry I cannot do anythign its your fault. With what right can she say this.. Upon her reply I asked her to connect me to her manager and she said she tried but its not getting connected. She will arranga call back in 3-4 working days. I was more frustrated as I just wanted to wind up this whoandard chartered issues. It was taking away my life to call all time. After 3 days I get a call back from Rani's Manager - Babitha . She was kind enough to listen. She said she will arrange a call back from the collection department who would be able to revert back chargess. After 2 days I get a call from the collection department from Deva - the same guy who initially told me to contact the customer care for reversal of my late charges. Upon talking to him he said he will not be able to do anything I need to contact the customer care. This was the most intresting statement I could listen as it was just like a circle calling one another but no response or action from anyone. A customer s made a big fool and is just been tortured and troubles with 100's of call from people. This just shows how sad the customer service is of Standard Chartered. Today my bill is showing Rs.6,146/- for no fault or mistake of mine while I have to pay just Rs.300/- overall (excluding the late charges, Annual fees) I wonder why will a customer bare an unwanted bill when its no mistake from ere end. Also because of the fault of Customer care executives my credit rating is been reflected. This is highly serious and critical.I just want to close this account but with my reversal of late fees and annual fees wch is NOT MY FAULT. Amount balance to this I shall pay and settle it. Request you to take action ASAP as this is very very serious. One last request please please train your customer care executives properly - especially to be patient and come up with solution and guide to the right person. Hopless and worst experience from Stadard Chartered credit card I hope I get some help and support from your advice and help me close this matter ASAP.
